You Have Arrived: A Practical Guide to Google Maps

Designed for older adults, this project equips learners with essential GPS navigation skills using Google Maps.

The training emphasizes hands-on learning, reduces reliance on public transportation, and empowers seniors to engage more freely with their communities.

Developed during my instructional design coursework, the program was created using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia. I conducted learner analysis, task sequencing, and designed interactive modules to support the unique needs of learners aged 65 and older.

Merit Planning Cycle - Understanding Your Pay

Designed for salaried employees across the organization, this project delivers essential clarity around pay structures and the merit planning cycle.


The training supports transparency, employee awareness, and organizational alignment with compensation practices.

Produced using Synthesia, the video was created during my instructional design internship. I managed stakeholder communications, collaborated with SMEs, and oversaw feedback and delivery to support over 1,000 employees.

Designed for field operations leadership, this project delivers essential updates to the Cross Functional Safety Walk procedure through a walk-through simulation.


The training supports procedural consistency, leadership alignment, and improved safety culture across teams.

Produced using Vyond and Articulate Storyline, the training was developed during my instructional design internship. I led all aspects of the project, from content development to SME and client engagement.

Mastering Productivity & Time Management - Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion

Designed for university students, this workshop introduced practical time management strategies to improve productivity and reduce stress. Through engaging presentation and tools walkthroughs, it equipped participants with actionable techniques to prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and maintain balance—empowering them to achieve academic goals efficiently.

Microsoft Power Automate - MSc Program the University of Tampa

Developed as part of my instructional design coursework, this project delivered a Microsoft 365 Power Automate training for university staff, combining an Articulate Rise module, a Zoom session, and a PDF guide. It equipped participants to create automated workflows, supporting a campus-wide transition to Microsoft Suite.

Pathways to Empowerment - Diversity Advisory Group the University of Tampa

​Developed for the university’s Diversity Advisory Group, this interactive Women’s History Month workshop used collaborative design to engage students and faculty in gender equality discussions. Through activities like the Policy Marketplace game and Human Barometer exercise, it promoted awareness, critical thinking, and actionable steps toward inclusive policies.

The Personalization Principle - MSc Program the University of Tampa

​Developed as part of my instructional design coursework, this project delivered a short lesson on Mayer’s Multimedia Principles, focusing on the Personalization Principle. The module was created using Articulate Rise and curated to demonstrate how conversational language enhances learner engagement and comprehension in multimedia learning environments.

F1 Visa at a Glance - MSc Program the University of Tampa

An interactive F‑1 visa training simulation created with Articulate Storyline for my instructional design coursework.

The project clarified compliance processes for international students, improved orientation, and supported alignment with federal regulations.

Needs Assessment

21-Day Social Identity Challenge - Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion

Developed for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, this project created a 21-Day Social Identity Challenge for faculty and staff. Delivered via daily newsletter prompts with curated videos, articles, and reflection questions, the challenge encouraged participants to explore identities beyond their own and reflect on the complexity of human experience. Designed as a 10–15 minute activity over 21 business days, it fostered empathy, self-awareness, and inclusive practices through structured reflection and actionable insights.

UThrive: Tri-Alpha Leadership Course - MSc Program the University of Tampa

Developed as part of my instructional design coursework, this project created UThrive, an online leadership program for first-generation college sophomores. Delivered through Canvas LMS, Zoom, Google Drive, and Miro, it used design thinking and collaborative learning to build leadership and problem-solving skills, fostering inclusive leadership and long-term program sustainability.

Sleeping Habits Workshop - MSc Program the University of Tampa

Developed as part of my instructional design coursework, this project created Better Sleep Workshop, an interactive learning module promoting healthy sleep habits. Built in Canva, it combined evidence-based strategies, engaging visuals, and interactive assessments to help learners improve sleep hygiene. The workshop emphasized practical habit-building and self-reflection, empowering participants to enhance well-being and long-term health.
